 | Fadi Twainy joins AB Capital

Fadi Twainy has joined AB Capital in Dubai as Managing Director - Private Equity. He was formerly Head of M&A and Corporate Development with the International Investor (TII) in Kuwait.
Dr. Twainy has more than 20 years of experience in finance and private equity. Prior to joining TII, he had lead M&A transactions at 3Com and EFI, two leading publicly traded companies in Silicon Valley. He has a proven track record in operations and in deal execution across diverse industries and geographies, including public and private equity buyouts, restructuring operations, and the negotiation of complex financing agreements.
Dr. Twainy holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of California, San Diego, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
