 AB Capital was founded in 2006 as the investment banking arm of the Arab Bank Group – one of the largest and most established financial institutions in the Middle East with operations spanning 29 countries and a track record of more than 77 years.
AB Capital offers investment banking, private equity and asset management services throughout the Arabian Gulf and Middle East region. It has a broad shareholder base which includes Arab Bank plc as a majority shareholder, in addition to prominent business leaders from the Middle East and the US.
AB Capital is based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”) and is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (“DFSA”).
